1. General Terms
1.1. Sector Studios specializes in creating and distributing digital products, including WordPress plugins, themes, and other software solutions.
1.2. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the scope of the product’s functionality as described in its documentation.
1.3. Support and updates are provided in accordance with the specific license purchased.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. All payments must be made in accordance with the invoice or payment terms provided.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
2.3. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to your invoice at checkout.
2.4. Full payment is required before the delivery of digital products.
2.5. Late payments on custom orders may incur a [5%] penalty per [week] on the outstanding amount.
3. Licensing
3.1. Products are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This license allows use on the specified number of websites as outlined in your purchase agreement.
3.2. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of licenses is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Sector Studios reserves the right to revoke licenses found in violation of these Terms.
4. Support and Updates
4.1. Customers are entitled to support and updates for the duration specified in the license purchased (e.g., one year).
4.2. Support is limited to issues related to product functionality as described in the documentation.
4.3. Updates include compatibility fixes, new features, and performance improvements.
4.4. Support does not include customization requests or compatibility with third-party tools beyond standard integrations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All products, plugins, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Sector Studios.
5.2. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the source code for redistribution purposes.
5.3. Sector Studios retains the right to showcase any custom work created for clients in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds for digital products are only provided within the first 14 days of purchase if the product fails to work as described, and support has been unable to resolve the issue.
6.2. Refunds are not available for:
- Products marked as “non-refundable.”
- Issues caused by third-party software or hosting configurations.
6.3. Refunds for consultation or custom development services are not provided once the service has been initiated.
6.4. Refunds for undelivered custom services or consultations are calculated based on the progress of the work completed.
7. Taxes and Additional Fees
7.1. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or levies related to their purchase.
7.2. International clients are responsible for currency conversion fees and any charges imposed by their payment provider.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Sector Studios will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by the client during consultations or custom development.
8.2. Clients agree to keep Sector Studios’ processes, source code, and pricing confidential.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Sector Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
10.2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
11. Amendments
11.1. Sector Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
11.2. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
